Work fleeces for the cold

The work fleece is the most popular winter mid layer: light, warm even when slightly damp and quick to dry. Wear it under a rain jacket or on its own on dry days. Here you will find fleeces designed mainly for cold weather, while sweatshirts and lightweight fleeces for everyday use are in the work sweatshirts and fleecessection.

Technical, heavyweight or windproof

Technical and stretch fleeces are thin and follow your movements, suited to physical work. A heavyweight fleece keeps you warmer when standing still, for example in unheated warehouses. The lined windproof fleece has a layer that blocks draughts and can replace a light jacket. There are full-zip and half-zip models and women's versions.

Standards in this category

Some fleeces are certified to EN 14058, the standard for cool environments: it means the garment has been tested for thermal insulation in moderately cold conditions. The anti-static fleece is certified to EN 1149-5 and EN 61340-5-1, for warehouses and departments with sensitive electronic components.
