Anti-static flame-retardant sweatshirts with electric arc protection

A flame-retardant sweatshirt is the mid layer that keeps you warm without lowering protection. All sweatshirts in this category are certified to EN ISO 11612 for heat and flame, anti-static to EN 1149-5 and protected against electric arc to EN 61482 in Class APC 1.

Available versions

• Classic, half-zip, full-zip or hooded sweatshirts, including a women's version.
• Yellow or orange hi-vis sweatshirts to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, 2 or 3: the class depends on the area of fluorescent fabric and retroreflective tape, and Class 3 is the most visible.
• One model is certified to EN 17353, enhanced visibility for medium-risk situations, which differs from high visibility.

How to wear it

To maintain anti-static protection, the sweatshirt must be worn fastened, covering non-anti-static clothing, together with dissipative footwear. Pair it with flame-retardant trousers with the same standards or complete the kit with long sleeve flame-retardant polo shirts. For the hi-vis class required on road or rail sites, refer to your risk assessment.
